MyKira (mykira.my) is operated by Techne Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 202501056670 (1658076-W)), a company registered in Malaysia ("we", "us"). Contact: hello@mykira.my.

Guidance, not advice

MyKira's calculators produce estimates for general guidance only. They are not financial, tax, legal, medical, religious or investment advice. Malaysian rates and rules change, and individual circumstances vary. Before making any decision — filing taxes, taking a loan, buying property, paying zakat, distributing an estate (faraid) or acting on a health result — verify with the relevant authority or professional (LHDN, KWSP, PERKESO, JPJ, your state zakat authority or religious adviser, your bank, lawyer, doctor or a licensed financial adviser).

Not affiliated with any government body

MyKira is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for LHDN, KWSP/EPF, PERKESO/SOCSO, Bank Negara Malaysia, JPJ, any state zakat authority or any other agency. Their names are used only to identify the rules and official sources our calculations are based on. Official figures from these bodies always take precedence.

Accuracy & liability

We work hard to keep figures accurate and current, citing official sources on each page. However, the service is provided "as is" without warranty that every result is error-free, complete or up to date. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, any calculation or content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 where it applies.

Acceptable use

You may use MyKira freely for personal and commercial reference, and you may share or quote your results. Please don't:

• disrupt or overload the service, or try to bypass its security or rate limits;
• scrape, copy or republish the site, its calculators or content at scale;
• present MyKira results as official figures from a government body;
• submit unlawful, abusive or spam content through the request form.

Intellectual property

The MyKira name and logo, site design, software, and the written content on this site (explanations, FAQs, guides) belong to Techne Sdn. Bhd. or its licensors and are protected by the Copyright Act 1987 and other laws. You may link to any page and quote short extracts with attribution. Statutory rates, tables and official documents we reference remain the property of the issuing authorities.

Your submissions. If you send a calculator request or feedback, you allow us to use the idea to improve MyKira without payment or obligation. Don't include anything confidential.

Copyright & IP complaints

We respect intellectual property. If you believe content on MyKira infringes your copyright or trademark, email hello@mykira.my with the subject "IP complaint" and include:

• your name and contact details;
• the work you own and the exact MyKira URL(s) concerned;
• a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised, and that your notice is accurate.

We review complaints promptly and remove or correct infringing material where appropriate.

Ads, affiliate links & third-party sites

MyKira is free because it shows advertising (you can turn off personalised ads on our notice) and may include clearly labelled affiliate links, for which we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Ads and affiliate offers do not influence calculation results. We are not responsible for the content, products or privacy practices of third-party sites.

Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Changes & availability

We may update these terms, or change, suspend or discontinue any calculator, as the service evolves. The "last updated" date above shows the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the Malaysian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
